Eventnet Partner Executive

Partner Guidelines

These guidelines set the standard of conduct expected of every Partner Executive. They complement the Partner Executive Agreement. Following them protects Vendors, protects your standing on Eventnet, and keeps your commission payouts flowing without disruption.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Professional Conduct

  • You represent Eventnet directly to Vendors in the field — conduct yourself professionally at all times
  • Do not make false or exaggerated promises about earnings, lead volume, or platform benefits when recruiting Vendors
  • Respond to onboarding tasks and Vendor queries assigned to you within the timeframe shown in your dashboard
  • Treat every Vendor with courtesy and respect regardless of business size or category

2. Vendor Onboarding Standards

  • Only onboard genuine, operating businesses — verify documents in person or via video where required before submitting
  • Never submit a Vendor application with documents you have not personally verified are genuine
  • Clearly explain the onboarding fee (or the option to skip and recover it via a commission surcharge on bookings), commission rates, and platform terms to the Vendor before they sign up — do not misrepresent any of these
  • Do not pressure a Vendor into upgrading to a paid plan through false urgency or misleading claims

3. Fee and Payment Integrity

  • Never collect the onboarding fee, subscription payment, or any other charge from a Vendor in cash or outside the Eventnet payment link
  • Never offer to waive or discount a fee in exchange for a personal payment or favour from a Vendor
  • Do not create fake or duplicate Vendor accounts to inflate your onboarding numbers or commission

4. Territory and Conflict of Interest

  • Operate only within your assigned territory unless explicitly authorised otherwise
  • Disclose to Eventnet in writing before onboarding any Vendor in which you, a family member, or an associate holds a financial interest
  • Do not poach Vendors already assigned to another Partner Executive

5. Confidentiality

  • Vendor and customer data accessed through the Executive Panel is confidential — use it only for onboarding and support duties
  • Do not store Vendor or customer contact details outside the Executive Panel, or use them for any purpose unrelated to Eventnet
  • Do not discuss one Vendor's business details, pricing, or performance with another Vendor

6. Prohibited Activities

The following will result in immediate suspension pending investigation and likely permanent termination:

  • Collecting any payment from a Vendor outside the Eventnet platform
  • Submitting forged or fraudulent Vendor documents
  • Onboarding fake or non-operating businesses
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest
  • Harassing, threatening, or misrepresenting Eventnet to a Vendor or customer
  • Sharing your Executive Panel login with anyone else

7. Consequence Framework

  • Level 1 — Minor / first offence: Written warning, no impact on standing
  • Level 2 — Repeated minor or single moderate violation: Temporary suspension of onboarding privileges (7–30 days)
  • Level 3 — Serious violation (off-platform payment, forged documents): 90-day suspension, commission withheld pending investigation
  • Level 4 — Fraud or repeated Level 3 violations: Permanent termination, pending commission withheld, referral to relevant authorities where applicable

You may appeal any suspension by emailing partners@eventnet.in within 7 days. Eventnet's decision on Level 4 violations is final.

8. Escalation and Reporting

  • Vendor conduct issues or suspected fraud: trust@eventnet.in
  • Formal grievances: grievance@eventnet.in
  • Payout or platform issues: partners@eventnet.in

All reports are treated confidentially.
